To all business owners, with (or without) websites, please please use a secure, professional email address. Firstly it separates your personal and business emails, secondly it is branded to your website and thirdly and most importantly it is key to building trust with your clients.
Some companies to look at include G-Suite, Zoho Mail or the global standard of Microsoft.

With "Essentials" starting from just £5 per user per month it offers professional email (50GB) and calendaring, 1TB cloud storage (like dropbox) that offers secure "instant" backup and availability from anywhere. Essentials offer cloud based MS office apps and free installs on up to 5 phones and tablets. The "Professional" version offers all the above and 5 desktop installs for desktops/laptops and Macs.
Please don't undermine your brand and credibility with potentially your first approach/response to prospects. If you don't present professional from the outset, how will you convince them you will be going forward.
