The first part of this project involved creating a new logo and branding for ICS Global. The concept of the original logo was maintained, with the rounded shape signifying worldwide services. However, the new logo is more recognisable and bright, with an established and professional feel, whilst the surrounding arrows indicate the nature of the import and export trade.
As a website that needed to host a large amount of in-depth content, the tone was an essential part of the project to get right. Reading paragraphs of what could be considered 'dry' and complex content can be overwhelming if not written in a succinct, accessible tone, so we decided to emphasise a personal feel to the site. With ICS Global a consultancy and management service run by solely Ian Simmonds and his network, we have written the site from his perspective, with sections such as How I Work and My Background.
