Hi All,
I came away from this morning's meeting at The Temple Golf Club feeling on top of the world. I followed the advise in the book I just read "The Jelly Effect" and the universe delivered, the people I wanted to meet just happened to be standing in front of me or sought me out.
I mentioned to some of you that I am training to cycle from Land's…

Are you someone who is very good at looking after everyone else to the exclusion of yourself?
You do such a great job of being there for everyone and taking care of their needs. However, the truth is your “good girl” world, is going to rob you of your own life. So many people, especially women, take on the role of caretaker. What they don’t realise, is…

Upper case or lower case? Or combination of both? Numbers, letters or combination? Symbols? Why not?
And what about all those extra security questions... First boyfriend's name? Can't remember if I asked him! Favourite teacher? They were ALL horrid if you ask me!
Now I'm probably way behind you all on this security stuff, but I've just discovered LastPass.com. It's an interesting application to help you remember all your…

A CIPD survey has just found that around 70% of employers are expecting increased levels of industrial action in the next year, with 1/3rd predicting strike action by their staff.
Although this is far more likely to affect the unionised public sector, and with private sector findings being significantly less gloomy, it’s nevertheless a worrying finding.
Statistics aside, the bottom line is that staff are generally not happy. Employers need to do…

Before you start losing your it-factor, rebrand to stay attractive to your audience. Doing so will keep you ahead of your competition, and excited about what you have to…
