It is that time of the week again ! I Cant believe it. Its time for my Friday morning feedback post. The aim of my friday morning feedback post is really just some tips and ideas that all of can use to push business forward. I attended a Mock Employment Tribunal in Reading earlier this week. The grounds of the claim were age discrimination (direct and indirect), victimisation and harassment. The claimant was claiming against his employer AND against his line manager personally. Interesting stuff.
Ultimately, an award was made in favour of the Claimant against the Employer and against his Line Manager.

Having had a particularly hectic January and February it was really lovely when John and I received the gift of a massage as a birthday present.

It hasn’t been the best week in our house. My older daughter’s hope of getting into her dream school came to a crushing end and some interesting judging meant more disappointment at an Irish Dancing competition.
