Are you getting the most from your open and closed questions?

It is often said that 'you cannot, not, communicate' and when doing business face-to-face (and networking) we place great importance (and inevitably make judgements) on the messages we receive from the body language of others.  In this context 'the body cannot lie' whereas 'words can be manipulated'.
