Tell Us About Your Business (include a phone number if you're happy to receive calls): Property Excellence Ltd was founded by its directors Simon Lee and Duncan Morris. Both Simon and Duncan have been working in the trades for over 10 years each and both run their own successful small business.

The pair met by chance while dropping off their children at the ‘Little Acorns’ Nursery in Twyford. Simon was looking for a fitter to finish off a project he was working on and asked Duncan to take a look at the project. Duncan was happy to take a look and as a
result agreed to take the work on. The pair did not create
Property Excellence as a direct result of this meeting but continued to assist each other in future works they were involved in, establishing a mutual respect for their work ethic.

During this time Simon could see they shared the same exacting standards, commitment, quality and delivery of service that he himself set out to establish. After working separately for many years it was a bold move for the two businesses to come together and create ‘Property Excellence’. Both parties wanted to create a company that their clients could trust and recommend to their friends and work colleagues, they wanted to be what a lot of other trades companies weren’t and wanted to define what they did and a method for clients to know they would live up to, so created a company charter (view Our Charter).

Since its inception the company has grown from strength to strength based on referrals and recommendations of the previous businesses, covering Twyford, Hurst, Wokingham, Henley, Marlow, Wargrave, Charvil and Windsor. Property Excellence is fast becoming a well established business for the Berkshire area and are actively involved in raising funds for the ‘Little Acorns’ Nursery as well as a sponsorship for Redingensians Rugby club, due to their families love of the game and being a resident of Twyford.
